Main Characters:

MORDECAI:

Mordecai is a young blue jay with a flourishing sense of responsibility, decency, and his own mortality. But that doesn’t mean he doesn’t like to have a little fun every once in a while, well at least stupid fun.

RIGBY:

Rigby has all the fearlessness and shamelessness that come with complete immaturity. He’s like an out-of-control teenager, with no boundaries whatsoever.

POPS:

Pops might look human, but is actually a lollipop from Lolliland. He’s been filthy rich and ridiculously sheltered his whole life, so he takes a childlike delight in virtually everything.

BENSON:

Because Pops is so out of touch with the outside world, and with reality, he relies on Benson to run the park. He’s Mordecai and Rigby’s boss and he’s always on their case.

SKIPS:

Skips can’t walk or run; he can only get around by skipping. Both wise and strong, Skips can fix just about anything Mordecai and Rigby break.

MUSCLE MAN:

Muscle Man is a macho jerk who’s always putting people down. However, he usually messes up the wording of his insults and winds up making fun of himself.
HIGH FIVE GHOST:

Muscle Man and High Five Ghost are a rival team of groundskeepers at the park. They’re always trying to prank Mordecai and Rigby.

MARGARET:

This red-breasted robin works as a waitress at the coffee shop across the street from the park. Mordecai is always finding excuses to take coffee breaks when she’s working.

EILEEN:

Eileen is an intelligent but shy mole who is Margaret’s best friend and works at the coffee shop with her. Eileen usually serves Rigby, but he’s usually clueless about it.

MR. MAELLARD:

Mr. Maellard is Pops’ father and the owner of the Park. Often in a bad mood, he tends to take his anger out on Benson, and usually calls him by the wrong name.

DEATH:

In addition to being the keeper of souls, Death is also a skilled bowler and arm wrestler. He has an ongoing rivalry with Skips, possibly because Skips is immortal.

Movie Synopsis:

Regular Show features two main characters in their mid twenties, a six-foot-tall blue jay named Mordecai  and a somewhat hyperactive raccoon called Rigby. Mordecai and Rigby are the best of friends, who share a house live to party and are constantly getting into trouble, but somehow manage to land on their feet.

Mordecai and Rigby work for a walking, talking, gumball machine named Benson with the pair constantly slacking off and finding themselves in one pickle or another while frequently involving an array of strange friends including Pops, an eccentric man with a lollipop for a head, a muscle bound Yeti named Skips and High Five Ghost, a pack man type character with a hand sticking out from the top of his head.

Personal Review:

The animation to this show is excellent and realistic. The character designs, how they move and the background have all been put a lot of thought and time into and the characters are always keeping the setting and the mood continuing enthusiastically. I would recommend this show people the age of 12 and over.
